Registration of participants will be on Wednesday, 21 June, in the entrance hall of Hotel Agro between 17:00 and 20:00.

On the first day of the conference, 22 June, talks will take place in the hotel.

On the next two days, 23 & 24 June, talks will be held in the KFKI Research Institute. The KFKI campus can be reached from Hotel Agro by the bus No. 90 but for simplicity a private bus transfer from the hotel to the KFKI campus will be organized in the morning at about 8:40 am on Friday and also at 9:00 am on Saturday. The KFKI campus is quite large but the lecture hall is very easy to find. It is on the third floor of the IZOTOP building (XXI/B building), which is the very first one to the left after entering through the main entrance. (The lecture hall is room No. 307 or 309 in this buliding.)

Social events

On Wednesday, 21 June, there will be a small reception for Workshop participants and accompanying persons at 20:30 in Hotel Agro.

The conference dinner will be on Friday, 23 June, at 20:00 in the central Building of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. (1051 Budapest, Roosevelt tér 9.) A bus transfer will be provided from the hotel and back. For the participants the conference dinner is included in the registration fee, but it costs an extra 35 Euro for every accompanying person, which is to be paid on registration.

We organize an "open ended" sightseeing in Budapest on Sunday, 25th of June if sufficient number of people will be interested. It will start at 10 am by a 1 hour river-boat trip on the Danube, then we visit inside the Parliament Building on the bank of the river. This will be followed by lunch in a nearby restaurant and a walk in the castle district. This programme is not part of the conference. Depending on the number of participants, the boat trip will cost an extra 10-12 Euro.
