Hello,

The complete patch for rule debugging feature in netfilter/iptables.

There was no comment on it last time. Still I think, it's really useful if
someone wants to debug how a packet traverses the rules. If one has
hundreds of rules, filter/NAT/mangle/... tables, then it is not possible
to debut the setup easily without such a functionality.

[Sorry for the mess. I hope I have finally cleaned up the different
patches/features on my disk.]
