Hi Harald,

Attached is the patch I promised:

- the core deals with resent packets (therefore there is no
  ip_conntrack_alloc_expect)
- max number of expectations per helpers implemented
- mentioned problems are (I hope) fixed

Tested with the FTP conntrack/NAT tests from the testsuite.
