A ride along Barra da Tijuca and Recreio beaches will give you an idea of how Rio is growing and expanding.
Part of the charm of the museums and the galleries of Rio is their diversity.
They include private collections such as the "Casa do Pontal", which hosts around 3.500 pieces of the Brazilian artisans, and the "LEGEP", a gemstone shop and museum which reflects the diversity of the huge deposits of precious and colored gemstones that are to be found throughout the country.
They are hidden treasures
that you must discover!
